Agriculture Education Day

This unique educational event was established in 2025 to introduce local students to over 20 food and farming topics. It is a one-day field trip that features demonstrations and hands-on activities led by knowledgeable volunteers from the agriculture industry.

Presentations are linked to the language, science and technology, math, social studies and health and physical education curriculum and are specifically designed for Grade 5 students.

Trivia Night Fundraiser

Join us for a new event in support of the Fergus Fall Fair Ambassador program. Team up in groups of four to six people and test your knowledge in six trivia categories.

Breakfast & Blooms

Enjoy a morning of breakfast, fresh country air and beautiful blooms from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at Hereward Farms.

Pick up your food from the Optimist Club of Guelph, grab a coffee, tea or lemonade to go and wander through fields of lavender and sunflowers. 

Learn something new at our education stations and take part in exclusive event activities including DIY lavender bouquets, sensory play bins, rock painting and more.
